Items purchased may be returned within 7 days with receipt for an exchange or store credit only with the following exceptions. We do not accept returns or exchange on special orders, custom orders, ALL pet carriers, blankets, holiday items and sale priced merchandise.
All items being returned or exchanged must be in its original packaging with all price tags attached, unused and in sellable condition. Any returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. All returns must be authorized with RA # (Return Authorization Number) that must be obtained prior to sending your item and copy of your purchase receipt must be included.
You are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging and we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
We stand behind our product. Anything you purchase from Paw Fifth Avenue is guaranteed for quality and craftsmanship. We personally check each item to ensure a quality product is being delivered.
Unfortunately, Paw Fifth Avenue cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments in transit. If your shipment is lost or damaged during this time, you must contact the carrier to file a claim.
